"Use it or lose it": Age related lack of physical activity leads to discomfort
The older you get, the more important it is to stay in shape and keep fit with regular exercise and physical activity. Exercise has a strong impact on your overall health and can counteract age-related problems such as, osteoporosis,back pain or stiffness, osteoarthritis, or joint pain.


For more than 20 years I, Johanna Sower (formerly Kohls), sports teacher and personal trainer, work with my clients in the areas of prevention and rehabilitation. It is very important for me to coach you individually, in order to set and reach new goals and experience continued improvement over time.


This is what you can expect at GYMVITAL:

  • Initial Analysis: During our first appointment we discuss  your current discomforts and deficits in order for me to develop your individual training plan.
  • Personal Training: Sessions are held indvidually in order to meet your specific health needs and guarantee a comfortable personalized exercise environment.
  • Modern Fitness Equipment: Benefit from a variety of modern fitness equipment (Vibrafit, TechnoGym, Physiotherm, Voramed, Dr. Kern Belt Massage, and others).
  • Flexible Meeting Times: Training sessions can take place any time from morning to late afternoon and will last from 30 to 60 minutes.
  • Mobile Service: Sessions can be held at your home, outdoors in a nature setting, or at your workplace. 
  • Courses in small groups: selected courses (e.g. Pilates, Back-Training) are available in small groups with a maximum of 5 people.
  • Dutch flair: You will be treated to my open-minded attitude and social and dynamic character as a "Dutchwoman".
